The Chamber Board consists of five elected officers and seven directors.
Board members are business and civic leaders who are committed to building better future for Boonton, Boonton Township, and Mountain Lakes, and furthering the success of the businesses that serve those communities.
Board members work to fulfill the mission of the Chamber of Commerce, to create effective programs that help members expand their marketplace reach.

Howard Solomon, CLU accepted the position of President of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce in 2009. Howard is a resident of Boonton since June of 2004. He moved his office to Boonton from Manhattan in November of 2006.
Mr. Solomon is an investment advisor representative with Next Financial Group, Inc. and his office is at 518 Main Street. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont. Howie raises and shows Bedlington Terriers.
As president, Mr. Solomon is commited to fostering the relationship between business and the community.

John and his wife Mary are residents of Boonton since 1971. They have two children, Mark and Jill and also have three grandchildren, all who still reside in Morris County .
He is a graduate of Rutgers College of Pharmacy where he received both a BS and a B PH. He is the owner of Main Pharmacy on Main Street in Boonton since 1992. John is the current Vice President of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce. He is a parishioner of Mt. Carmel RC Church. He is active in the New Jersey Pharmacists Association. As an avid golfer, John can frequently be found with friends on a green somewhere in the area. He is a member of the Tri-Town Chamber’s Golf committee.

Gina Ramich has been the Executive Director of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce since April, 2007. Prior to accepting this position, Gina was the Marketing Director for Merry Heart Health Care Center in Boonton. She has been involved with Chamber since 2005. First as a member of the Board of Directors and now the Executive Director, Gina is committed to the message and mission of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce. Our community offers a wealth of opportunities for its residents, professionals and business owners.
Ms. Ramich is a graduate of Penn State University. After residing in Mountain Lakes for twelve years, Gina and her husband Joel moved to Boonton Township and have lived there for the past six years. The Ramichs’ have three grown children, all graduates from Mountain Lakes High School.

Joan Magrane is the long time Treasurer of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce. Joan has been active in the Chamber of Commerce for twenty five years.
Joan has been in banking for thirty years and has been in the same branch building in Boonton for twenty five years through several banks. Joan and her husband, Ross live in Boonton Township.

Anne has been a resident of Boonton Township for thirty years. A New York native, she has loved living here and enjoying all that the community of Boonton and Mountain Lakes has to offer. Anne has been a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker for twenty years serving all three communities, and a board member of the Chamber of Commerce for the past five years. It has been wonderful to give back to the communities which have been so supportive of her over the years.

TV HEAD Productions, LLC is a newly formed high definition video production company on Main Street Boonton. Emmy award winning editor Mike Gutowitz recently closed his Times Square production company and started this new company in NJ. TV Head offers production services including sales, training, and PR videos for the web, to the Pharma and corporate communities nestled in the Morris County area.
Mike is a new member to the board, and was instrumental in creating a brand new website to help develop new ways for businesses in the Tri-Town Chamber to get their message out.

Scott Mackenzie is the owner of Robert Scott Best Dressed Windows located at 921 Main Street, Boonton. Scott brings thirty years of experience in the retail business to the Tri Chamber and its community. Scott has been a member of Tri Chamber for the last year and has recently been appointed as a liaison between Tri Chamber and Boonton Main Street.
Scott has been active in Saint Marks Church, Long Valley, NJ, most notably as a pioneer in the growth of the church since its inception. Scott resides in Long Valley NJ with his family.

Kevin is a native of Montville and a graduate of Montville High School and Morris County College. Kevin started out in the corporate world of AT&T/Lucent Technologies and remained there for fourteen years. He has been in his own business for four years. Kevin's office is located in Montville and his company works all through Morris, Bergen. Passaic Counties. In addition to carpet cleaning, Kevin is certified in water restoration. Kevin brings a positive upbeat attitude to every job. He has a wife Jennifer, and son Matthew.

In 1964 John entered the real estate business as a sales associate for Klintrup, Inc., a small real estate office located at 150 Boulevard, Mountain Lakes, New Jersey. Shortly thereafter the office was moved to its present location at Route 46 & Crane Road, Mountain Lakes. In the early 1980’s Klintrup sold their company to Richard Schlott, who in the early 1990’s sold his company to Coldwell Banker. The office has grown from 5 people to over 45 agents and 3 administrative staff.
John graduated from Mountain Lakes High School in 1960 and attended the University of Omaha in Nebraska. John has been a member of the Mountain Lakes Fire Department since 1960, serving two years as Chief Officer, and as Department Secretary, Treasury and President. In 1995, he was awarded the Eagle Award from the Kiwanis Club. John is married to Joyce, has one daughter Carol, two granddaughters Robyn and Rebecca and a great grandson, Ely.

Gary and Karin have lived in Mountain Lakes for seventeen years, and have three daughters, Kera, Lindsay and Riley.

Paul M. Lewandowski, DC, DACBSP is board certified in sports injuries and has been practicing since 1985. He is on the Post-graduate faculty of New York Chiropractic College, lecturing on swimming injuries and on health insurance. He is an adjunct professor of anatomy and bio-chemistry at Bloomfield College. He serves as physician advisor of chiropractic services to the insurance industry. He was the past president on the board of directors at Lakeland Hills YMCA. He is active in community affairs, and volunteers his expertise to many of the local recreation teams. He is a former ranked long-distance competitive swimmer.

John worked for the IBM Corporation as a Marketing Executive and many staff and line positions specializing in hospitals and large manufacturing companies for twenty five years.

Patti has been a resident of Boonton for twelve years. Before moving to the Town of Boonton she lived in Prescott, Arizona, a small hill town north of Phoenix. Patti is the sole proprietor of Body of Art which is a personal training fitness studio. Her business is in its second year. She has been in the fitness industry for over twenty-five years. It has always been her desire to open her own studio. She loves being a Boonton Main Street store owner and a resident of Boonton. Patti has two daughters and four grandchildren. Her younger child attends John Hill School in Boonton.
